I REPEAT: read your financial statements, read the public PR's from the CFO, No one said Telvue Owed Gerry 30 million, but Mr Lenfest invested 30 million into the company and is getting paid now on his preferred dividends not to mention the last 5 million dollars he gave? Don't understand yet? compare with his other company, who is getting preferred dividends there? and they are still a publicly reported company? read read read.
