FWIW...

There were 2406 shares sold 100 at a time at $14.00 and appeared on the Finra daily and then on the FTD's.

completely not the case---currently there are zero FTD's...

and since the 1st of the year less than a handful of instances of small numbers of shares appeared on the FTD list that were quickly delivered...

the most recent occurrence was a whopping 7 shares about a month ago...

who purchased the 2406 is completely immaterial to the claim here :-)

As you can see the largest short position was 100 shares for a few days. No shorts since April 15.
