It was found on some bs site that pulls it's news from OTC?

It isn't a conventional PR that we see for most companies, because most companies have another motive when they release news.

Fred is giving us an update, without paying to release all over the place. He constantly says to read the news on OTCmarkets if you ask him questions. So he probably assumes everyone is checking it.
