Someone posted a list of companies looking to be licensed either tier 1, 2, or 3. I'm sorry but Puget and Suzie Q's is listed on there separately. I'd like to have accurate info. If you're right, that's fine. Suzie's is still a great acquisition. I was just stating what was on Washington's pending license list.
I remembered PMCM stating that they would like to stay medical at this point. That's why I was surprised to see Suzie's on that list. Anyway, the point about Puget is a good one. How could PMCM think they were acquiring Suzie's and Puget? I'd like to see what the actual purchase agreement says. It's also interesting, as you pointed out, that it hasn't been cleared up. It's possible there was confusion and they are currently in negotiations to purchase Puget too.
