Could be, when this was reinstated, it was on a Friday....plus summers are slow too.....volume is very light!! Before market opens we need to spread the word on this. No BIG BLOCKS on the ASK!! When .04 was printing we had .06 up!! This was THiiiN big time!!! Then MM DLNY slowed this down by lowering the ASK. Oh BTW DLNY is institution MM so while the PPS dropped, DLNY was top bidder
