So if there's nothing incriminating, than why didn't Volk ever address WGAS, being listed on Berlin Borse, & the pump & crash:

Also, if Volk after being OTCQB, for years & then after the listing requirements, went pink, but still filed Qs, 8Ks & a Def R/S filing (which is why no volume since) thinks 'well I'll just go CE, for two years & come back & continue ripping of retail thereafter,' ok, if that's his plan, I'll still be reporting this to FBI to start.

Volk should resign, & R/S canceled. PPS would run & that news alone.
