it was originally a 244k block that has slowly been chewed away to 138k over several days. All the supply will get bought up eventually. The stock is fine, its recovering, and has done so after every delay. The question is what will come of the July 29th MEETING. Do both parties agree to a deal. Or does one defect. Game Theory.
