And eventually get their listing revoked. If they really are under investigation they are better off by not saying anything. If they don't report they can hang on to anything they are (not) likely to make.
If that's Volk's plan, 'to let this sit idle,' I'll still report this to regulators myself. I don't appreciate dead money, because a worthless CEO is more concerned about thieving & running. Volk or wgas officers got a week from today, to issue statement.
