1. Click on attached link
2. Type password challenge in field on right side of page
3. Click New Search Tab
4. Type in Intellect Neurosciences in Plantiff Search field



You will see a chart. At the top of the chart, click on the "Stipulation" link. You will see an imaged page with Shapiro & Pfizer attorney signatures agreeing to a stipulation.

Deals can you confirm that this was adjourned and court docs show Stipulation agreement. I think Freshman is stating that this is not the case.
