I disagree.

Here's my suggestion; PR should be issued, Volk has resigned & the latest stupid stunt, R/S is canceled. Followed by other bullish PRs & no toleration indirect or implicit for the short game.

the WGAS act has been in order for a couple of years running, now:

enriching short sellers who park their cash offshore and make a killing fleecing retail traders.

Simplest thing for WGAS to do is stop reporting for a couple of years until they get their act in order.

where else can you get a no-risk, cash-cow with massive returns?

team volk bets against volk, hurray for volk.
