Factoring or selling the receivables at a discount is part of their business model, they have plainly stated this, so I don't understand all the apprehension. They further state they have the experienced human resources to succeed at this & improve the process. The end product price is inflated to began with. Look at what they paid their two suppliers for raw materials and compare with revenues! A poster here said a tube can cost as much as $2000 which costs a few dollars in raw material. The value is not in the raw material but in the expertise involved in formulating the compounds to exact specifications for what the patient needs. And, this is a highly regulated industry. They are obviously very good at what they do.
