gaboy47, FPFI has been 5 different companies with 7 different symbols and 6 Reverse Splits in the last 10 years;

It has little to no chance of turning into a gem. It is impossible IMO to read the last 10-Q first and then buy FPFI stock.

They wouldn't have to dilute at this rate if the Captain would have been more proactive in supporting the share price. When notes are converted down at this price level and market cap level the dilution is accelerated. The Captain should have been done more to support the share price, so this rate of dilution wouldn't be happening.
