They would like to continue to grow the business for now to increase the profit margins. Having said that the time will come for a forward split however I think a dividend will be necessary before any split.
so what would you call it if telvue added shares?? do the math it is dilution. investing 101, question is this, if more shares are sold will the profitability make up for any added shares, thus maintaining value to the common stock holder, but since Mr Lenfest is garnering all profits for his preferred dividends, the common stockholder will not gain any value.
