LMFAO, a little DD (Or Basic Business 101 class) on what a Pro Forma is will tell you it is just a projection and not a promise of anything. Any investor investing in a sub-penny stock based on a Pro Forma should not be investing in a sub-penny stock. Many of the well established companies on wall street do not hit the Pro Formas why would any one think a sub penny stock just starting up would. Also to compare what is expect of a CEO of a sub-penny stock to what is expected of a well establish company is a truly newby mistake.
