Some might think that at times ,but they may not know that the mastermind behind ARCA has a plan and wants the PPS to uptick then lower the boom on everyone as ARCA has done many times here, those nothward pulls by ARCA are just a way to suck the people in when i see ARCA on the bid I wont consider it support by any means
