I don't think insiders want to manipulate ROX upward. They have never done anything to hint at that.
I think they just want to set a bottom.
Traders may get into this and play around. I don't think it will mean much if they do. ROX is too straight forward.
I am really most interested to watch what the outside deep pockets do. I want to follow the smart money. There are 33 Institutional Holders. I want to know what they are doing.
They may be looking for the same thing I am; the plateau. It happens after every quarterly report.
I think ROX reached the basement. The scared sellers are done and gone. People who believe in the ROX story and management team are all that remain. We're chilling out on a floaty in the pool.
We'll sit in a narrow price range for a while until some of the bigger folks start to add to their positions. I think they will try to do it slowly to avoid causing price spikes.
