JUDGE Sweeney has NOT ruled on the scope and

details of the protective order ... the parties

are FAR from agreement so there will be a hearing

to resolve the issues ... that's how I see it

the GOVT will get their butt kicked imo ...

anybody see it differently ? other than along :-)
