If that were true, NEWL would have mentioned it in a press release. You see those 6k's? That's IR getting shares. NEWL failed to stop the printing of shares and until the 6k's stop, it's safer to assume NEWL is not done with IR.
By interrupting the iron ridge dilution machine, the financing gets interrupted.... Ship delivery gets interrupted... I don't know how many other diluters there could be but if iron ridge is not doing it right now, someone else sure has been...
