I emailed Paul Knopick this morning in regards to this. Wanting to be sure that they were aware of this lingering status and that they were making the proper contacts in order to lift the status, as well as contacting marketmaker brokerages to make them aware of the current filings.
In a few words, he essentially said that they are on it.
