What would make sense is an R/S when the SP is in the .000#'s, after dumping about 20 billion more shares.

If the big boy planned on stopping the dumping at 5 billion shares, he would not have increased the A/S by 21 BILLION.

The fact that the SP is not already sub-penny states that more good news is coming and on that, major MAJOR Dumping will then ensue.

It's not just the otc way, it's specifically the gzfx way.

The pps will not reach .30 before a r/s.

It's all about market cap people. o/s x pps = market cap

.30 would put us at a market cap of 1.5B.... just not going to happen.

but with a larger r/s it will bring the o/s down to a few hundred million which will in turn make the stock move much quicker on higher volume as well as bring in the investors that won't touch the pennies.
