Thanks for your OPINION, however, most savvy and skeptical investors will not take that as proof and it certainly does not meet the definition of proof. For myself, I will take EDGAR's word over the reed twin's word any day of the week and EDGAR says that NOTHING has been filed since 2008 for kmaggot:

No. It is NOT an opinion that there is no proof that kmag is actually in business. Feel free to prove me wrong.
