Here's a thought. If it works when applied topically, how well would it work if the entire contents made it into the urethra? I'm thinking those results would be very good indeed.

great points DG, I agree, online users need appropriate instructions, if I were using Vitaros I would bring it to room temp first and get as much into the urethra as possible.
