I'm in Texas too . Just finished resealing my driveway Hot Hot ! Didn't want to just sit though and watch tick by tick . HTFBS introduced this in the .60s so there's lots of room yet . I'm willing to wait and see with this one . Lots of potential.

Yeah--just to clarify and somebody correct me if I'm wrong, but "engaging" with a CRO for purposes of a path to the FDA is just an acknowledgement that they might do some type of phase 1 clinical trials...its a very very long process to anything getting FDA approval..and when I say long we are talking possibly 5 years...again please let me know if I'm mistaken
