Oh it's publicly traded alright. It has been publicly traded for a very long time. In the beginning it was a publicly traded looser and now the worm has turned. This company makes money. They need no help to pay their bills which they pay on time. There is an unused 39 million dollar tax write off which this publicly traded company has yet to use but they will as they make money. Sooner or later there will be a dividend with the money they make and this publicly traded company will be trading on the NASDAQ. No one is selling this stock and no one will. Each day this company gets closer to rewarding those of us who have been loyal to TelVue since the beginning. With the trading slow across all boards I will have the opportunity to add to the shares I own.
This may be a publicly traded company but it is not private. Gerry Lenfest may own 93 % of the shares of TelVue but he does not own mine. You can call it any kind of company you wish but trust me when I tell you I own 8000 shares and you will not forget that again.
