Resize and crop is IRRELEVANT. Simply follow the instructions on uploading and it will be so. I think many would feel assured simply seeing YOU in theatre on locale, that's all. Since you obviously care enough to update the board, please just show us yourself on site. I don't really see why this is such an obstinate request.
