I grew up in Kansas and had to fly out there for a funeral on Monday. I got a first hand view of the corn crop and it was amazing.
Kansas is more of a wheat state, but there was more corn planted there this year than I have ever seen before. It is easy to see why they are predicting a good harvest.
I can only imagine that in the corn belt with states like Iowa and Nebraska that things are even better.
