Yeah I believe it went it up due to clearing out debt prior to the merger

I have no complaint about your numbers, All I'm saying after all the PRs it has not happened.
Retire dates were, Apr. 23rd, May 6th, May 15th, all after the quarter was posted. And the shares did go up, so we know the TA is keeping track and doing their job.

But as I stated before they may be holding them and are just going to transfer them with the merger. But we should know since the PR says retire to treasury.
