As long as they followed the corporate bylaws in removing Manu then I don't see Manu having much of a case. There may be some compromises\concessions reached but can't image ruling for the dissolving of the corporation. Manu is basically being a spoiled child saying if I can't control and run the whole show then there should be no show at all. He never got that this is bigger than him and his ego.
