SEC current means what? They won't commit fraud to sell shares? That's ridiculous. Many companies have been SEC compliant and still committed fraud and illegal practices. It's like if you have a legal driver’s license, you can still get tickets and have the PRIVILIDGE suspended and/or revoked.
EWSI being SEC compliant has done ZILCH for the company, they would have been better off if they never were; that way everyone would be more or less in the in the dark about how pitiful their performance has truly been.
