Correct share count, 55,244,982. That WAS 40.24 %, but with the increased O/S the % has now dropped accordingly.

55M represents a lower % now than it did. And, the ownership % will continue to drop as they dilute, as there have been no additional filings showing they are buying shares. As such, each of my updates reflects a lower % owned.
