Lines of credit have caps, plus cost interest. Plentful shares to distribute are cheaper and are exactly what shares are for, capitalization. The potential merger would be more viable with a lower PPS as well, plus there's probably a hundred other good reasons. This is all conjecture. Only way to know for sure is by asking HISC.
