My order was filled at 9:45:11 for 15000 @ .095 I put an AON order for 15000 @.0954 Yesterday i did put in an AON order for 15000 @ .095 that was not filled that is why my order for today was for .0954 just a side note my order last week for 15000 @.095 was also AON for .10

FALSE, OTC Link is not a Dark Pool by SEC definition, as it publicly displays bids and offers. Also the ECN known as ARCA is not a Dark Pool by SEC definition:
The term “dark pools” refers to non-exchange alternative trading systems (“ATSs”) that do not display bids or offers in the public quote stream.
ECNs publicly display their top-of-book price and depth information and are therefore not considered to be dark pools.
Simply put it is nothing more than ATS data, the orders completed via the centralized marketplace known as the OTC Markets. Orders in internalized at their respective broker are not included in such data.
