Why not because Berge refuses to talk about share structure. He is burning through shares and has record low revenues. If he churns shares at the same rate as he did in June the O/S is maxed in August. An A/S at best is coming an R/S which also is a possibility would devastate all shareholders. Even those who buy at these levels. IMO
