If you have an account...you might want to try logging into it and placing a new order. If the old order wasn't solidified and/or there was some type of error during the original processing...you might want to consider trying again. Were you able to provide a copy of the email confirmation you received when you first placed your pre-order? I'm sure it's been a fairly long trek for you to now give up when the you've almost reached the finish line. Good Luck!
