He doesn't have to. As a fatal Form 15 filer, NTEK is a Stinky Pinkie non-reporting company which has no requirement to report any such developments to anyone. If they wish to, they can publish only "good" news on OTCMarkets.com and omit filing any news that is adverse or which they would prefer to conceal.
That's why the Form 15 filers are said to have "gone dark" - the market has no idea of any bad news because it need no longer be disclosed.
Sometimes the first thing that pops up in the public domain in on the SEC website or DOJ website, and by that time it's already an enforcement action.
Maybe Davey will claim in retrospect "hey, we disclosed it on Ultraflix" only to omit mentioning that Ultraflix was not online to the public except as a "soft launch" to selected insiders.
The guy's a convicted serial felon and pathological liar who has three years of court-ordered mental health treatment when he gets out of prison. No way would he admit to anything adverse. Based on his record, it's wisest to assume that anything that DAVID RUSSELL FOLEY says is nothing but FeleyBaloney™, and when he *doesn't* answer a question it's because the answer is something he doesn't want people to know.
