NTEK first it's a wells notice before it was a reverse split. Really scrapping the bottom of the barrel no R/S needed when buybacks are coming

Someone was having problem with calculating what they'd need to make a million dollars should the shares be reverse split 5 for 1.
I suspect the reverse split conversation stems from the mention of the possibility of it at the 2013 SHM.

Yeah...I think the idea was if it makes it to $1 on its own then maybe a reverse to bring it up to a price for uplisting to higher exchange.
