That is very true. It is almost impossible to tell which financial statements are intentionally fraudulent and which are simply incompetent. Such as FRTD's "quarterly". In my opinion, they are both as there are certain idiotic mistakes made by someone that clearly has no idea about accounting, while other mistakes are clearly made to falsify valuations.

Either reason (fraud or incompetence) makes the financial statements less than worthless.
