I guess I look at the whole thing differently than you. I see nova as a seprate distinct company that bought the right to JOINTLY have access to the patents for almost the same price it would have cost to buy controlling interest of IBCL. Nova is set up to be the profit center for IBCL and out of reach of the problems IBCL currently has, tho if it works out according to hoyle, will be the source of income that will get us out of much of the mess. Keep in mind that everything that NOVA sells that isnt medical in nature, IBCL makes wholesale profits plus 5% of the gross.
I am not sure what you mean by the 980k share blocks. Musta missed something on that week I was working on my house? As for selling shares to himself: Again, if he paid $400k for a minority interest in NOVA, then more power to him. When I called Ravinia capital to get a perspectice, they were willing to sell me large chunks of Nova, but I didnt buy. Looks like Tim did. Sure, he knew the value more than we did, but still, that opportunity was there for all. Also, IBCL basically sold joint rights to NOVA not the whole thing. They were licensing out the product before and nobody had a problem. This as i see it, does the same thing, just on a bigger scale.
