WFMC is a US company. Foreign companies like NIKE, Axa, BASF, Deutsche Telecom are ADRs are often listed on the OTC pinks but file on their home stock exchange and are not required to file with the SEC, saving them money.

Someone needs to correct the WFMC I-BOX!

I did find their name change amendment and see that Carlos Mendendez of Northbrook IL was one CFO and Hector Concepion of Beach Park, IL was another CFO. I see no reason why one of the TWO CFOs could not file the financials!
Abigail Peurifoy signed as CEO on 11/2/2011.

By March of 2012 they moved their office to 350 S. Northwest HWY, Suite 300, Park Ridge, IL.

WHOA! It must be really crowded in Suite 300 as there are over a dozen companies there or it's nothing but an answering/mail service.
