How ludicrous. The financial reports show the company is expanding there is no bankruptcy threat. The arguments against the company are sounding desperate. More so daily.

I have been practicing law for nearly 30 years and no, I have never seen it. I suspect that it does not exist and if it does, it lacks any legal standing. Any way you look at it, it is a slap in the face to shareholders.
