I don't disagree that EDIG could have done a lot better, but given their track record, why so much effort? do they believe they can get bought out? do they believe their technology like Nunchi may help obtain a lot more money?
Why so much effort, to keep Fred in a job? FYI, the company I work for closes single consulting gigs worth almost 100K..LOL, isn't that close to Fred's entire salary? Kinda low for a CEO...(it rhymes)!
