I confess I only had a little time to review the Special Master's recommendation about limiting the amount of documents that are open to discovery by Micron.
However, correct me if I am wrong,...but this really appears to me to look like an "INSTANT REPLAY" of what we saw going into the unclean hands portion of the Hynix trial in Judge Whyte's court that we saw a couple of months back.
