this small trade appearance has always gone on with ITNS. I think it is from larger orders that partially fill, rather than smaller individual orders, one never knows.
as far as major concern, that depends how strong one's stomach is, lower prices are lower prices and the selling may accelerate as declines continue...but many have followed this into the lowest dirt we have seen
