Scottrader shows a 1.6 million trade at 4:01 @ 3.42

pps isn't OK and itisn't $3.60 but $3.42 someone dumped 1.6mil. shares and the pps dropped to $3.42. This is like a week or so ago when 660thou. were dumped the last minute. Or some called it pre-arranged sale... How ever you twisted still pps is $3.42..... as of June 27th...
