I think Vanis got in over his head and the failed wind projects. He had a lot invested and needed a new plan to find away to recoup his lost money, He somehow stumbled on this beverage co, I still say this is Powerbrands Vehicle, for their future creations as commented on in the last report and MR. Vanis is going to get his wealth back. if this was a scam it would be all over the press by now and the Ezras would have sued Mr Vanis for Fraud.
