This is kind of a tricky deal there is some kind of restriction in place on many of these shares if I understood the fileings correctly.They were to issue these shares to buy for themselves or some type of twist like that an intresting and creative dept service structure.They may have issued these shares for the latest aquisition as reported but many are restricted Im sure.... however... dydd
