Good points transformer, i wonder what the main reason for exclusion of past directors, institutions, etc. I do recall that I had found in one of the last ANTS DE filings that former CEO Kozak had created a new class of preferred B stock in ANTS DE pretty much right before he resigned as CEO. there seems to be so much corporate baggage within ANTS DE that could be why it is only open to individual shareholders.
