That in 2005 ECash had about 100M in revenues and that the company will be doing a stock buyback to bring the OS down to 1,000,000 shares.
I'd love to see that...
As far as what I'm realistically looking for is to hear of decent revs and that they aren't going to butcher the company by diluting the stock. Someone did bring up a good point that for ECash to have control of the company the OS will probably need to increase- I'm hoping that will be done in a manner that won't kill us- perhaps even a stock buyback (but don't hold your breath on that one). It wouldn't hurt for the issue of a RS to be addressed either.
Considering they had the E attached twice last year I'd say avoiding that alone would be nice.
