Not necessarily so. Halts are typically for 20 days and then a mandatory 90 days following on the greys. That's not good. Look what happened to PHOT and others. Whether there is valid reason or not and SEC halt can destroy any stock and by a lot more than 20-30% cents.

I don't like this situation. :/

omg...You know those emails...those are promoters. Never, ever buy a syock basdd on those. In fact, they are a good sign there is something wrong with the ticker. And they are in this case the reason pumpsanddumps is saying they are a leading candidate for suspension, more details to come. You can go to their website and sign up for the free email, and get the email when it is sent if you want.
Suspensions are different animals than halts, done for different reasons. Suspensions by law always last 10 days. Then the stocks resume trading on the greyzz where they are meant to die and savvy investors can dump them and get out.
I would not be caught holding this right now...The SEC is buddies with pumpsanddumps.com.

If HEMP was gonna be halted it would've happened already. Finra and the sec are going after the fly by night companies.
