You are correct sir. It says that Koppelberg was complicit in the whole proceeding and everyone touting his reputation was either duped or complicit as well.

If he's this rich and untouchable, he doesn't give a flying f*ck at a rolling donut how this turns out, except that it costs him nothing money wise.

I really honestly dont know, and trust me , if I didnt like the company and think that it had huge potential I wouldnt have even been here or invested...

I would like these guys to give us a PR and some updates, I think we deserve it, and I would like to hear from Kopps also, it would be nice if he could address the shareholders also about all the events with Manu recently(lawsuit, etc)...

Kopps has never overseen the day-to-day ops here, he was only on the board, that doesnt completely excuse him though either...

Im still holding off any judgement on Kopps personally, I really have no problem with him at all, I think Medient is much better off with him than without him...

But I cant explain why he gave Jake those 40 million Preferred shares either, still scratching my head with that one....
